SEW BASIC: $110.00 Wednesday 5:30pm-7:30pm

Sewing instruction & inspiration that will help you take flight with fabric. Your just beginning so we'll start off slow & move at your pace! Its a gentle approach to learning the basics from machine threading to simple construction techniques, and how to use basic sewing equipment, and how to do simple alterations. We will make small functional projects every week that incorporate basic skills: Hems, Seams, Closures, Pockets, Buttonholes & Zippers. Most Materials Provided. *Bring several T-shirts to 2^nd class.

CO-ED SEW SKILLED: $120.00 Thursdays 6:00pm-8:00pm

Session I: January 5,12,19,26 Session II: February 2,16,23, & March 1st  Session III: March 8,15,22,29

Lets get down to the nitty gritty & make some clothes! You’ve got the basic sewing skills and are ready to... embark onto more complex sewing projects! How to sew from patterns, fabric selection, garment construction, tools of the trade, you will make your simple garment tailored to your measurements and make a garment from start to finish, then, work on surface design elements. We will cover darts, application of your sew basic skills, and work on our studio overlock surgers. *Patterns available. Provide own fabrics or purchase from the our fabric stock for the garment project.

PATTERNMAKING CLASS: $125.00 Saturdays 4:00-6:00pm

Session I: January 7,14,21,28  Session III: March 3, 10,17,24

Learn to Create Patterns with Draping techniques, how to fit a muslin and pulling patterns from personal clothing items. You need the equivalent of sew skilled to participate in this advanced class. *Provide fabric muslin and garment fabric.

PROJECT TEEN FASHION DESIGNER:$90.00 Thursdays 4:00pm-5:30pm

Session I: January 5,12,19,26 Session II: February 2,16,23, & March 1 Session III: March 8,15,22, 29

Give your teen the gift that will spark their creativity and equip them with the sewing skills they need to be an independent maker and resourceful person who can realize the ideas they have into drawings then transform them into actual clothing and accessories. This class will be a combination of fashion illustration instruction, design projects, clothing reconstruction and sewing skills. *This class is suitable for mature 10 years and up & all materials are included.

MOTHER & ME SEW IT UP:$50.00 Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm

Learn to sew and collaborate in the creative process with your child. You will learn how to do hand stitching, sew on buttons, intro to machine team sewing, design and and complete a stuffed animal from a pattern of your making  ( Ages 6 -10 for kids & a participating adult!) All materials included.

RENEGADE SEAMSTRESS WORKSHOPS: Every Other Saturday 2-5pm $30

You've got an idea some materials, and maybe the know how... if you want to have a social sewing experience, get feedback, have fun, and get help starting and finishing your projects- You just might be a Renegade Seamstress in the making! Join Stina in the studio and she will teach you how to transform your old clothes into newly renovated outfits. Bring a few useless garments and churn out a new look with sewing tips and creative inspiration. Even if all you need is a good stitch & bitch.

PRIVATE CLASSES: Mondays & Fridays 9am-2pm. Call ahead to schedule a class or series of classes. Priced accordingly. You  can schedule private Sewing Tutorials for yourself, or you and a relative or friend. If you have specific techniques you want to learn, or need individualized attention.
